No filter is 100% effective! Although we use the latest in server-based filtering technology, there is no way to filter all objectionable material without substantially disabling your overall Internet experience. We do provide this optional measure which can be taken to remove the ability to modify filter settings within Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4 or higher). Once installed, the connection proxy and autoconfiguration settings will no longer be accessible. | First, click the link to the right to download the locking file. |

right displays, Select Open this file from its current location Click on OK. |

| When prompted about adding the file to your registry, click Yes |

Click OK. Your settings are now locked. |
