  2. Microsoft Outlook Express
    Download Outlook Express

2. Order the HISnet Internet Access CD-ROM
Fill out our simple order form and we will send you a CD-ROM filled with everything you will need to sign-up with HISnet. Click on the Order button below and fill out the form. But first, please read our terms and conditions.
